Established in 1995, Amelia Earhart Middle School (AEMS) is a California Distinguished School and is located in the Orange-Crest neighborhood of Riverside, California. AEMS serves both seventh and eighth grade students. Under the leadership of Principal, Dr. Sean Browning and Assistant Principal Mr. Michael Gull, AEMS’s mission is, “to engage students in critical thinking and relevant learning that results in high standards of achievement; we provide inclusive and culturally responsive daily learning activities with the goal of developing students who will positively impact our community.”
Our school mascot is the “Hawk” and to show our school spirit we wear burgundy and teal. We look forward to seeing your “Hawk” achieve their limitless potential and create positive memories that will last a lifetime.
